$75 per session pp or all three for $199:

  • each session includes intro to 6 topics of healthy Old World preparations including:

    Soups, and bone stocks, Cultured Vegetables for a healthy immune system, Flavoring with essential oils, Slow cooked roasts, Salad dressings and Desserts to satisfy the sweet tooth in all of us!
