Check-In Information

Arrival Day/Date: Check-in after 3:00 pm. Room held until 6:00 pm. Please advise if arriving after 6:00 PM. To insure that we would be cooking and holding a table for you, please discuss dinner reservations prior to arrival. In summer, tables can book up and open hours vary is Spring, fall and winter.
Departure Day/dates: Check-out by 11:30AM. We need to prepare for the new arrivals.
Cancellation Policy: Since we are small and specialized, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore a 50% deposit is required on all accommodations. One bedroom Lodging/Rooms: Balance due upon arrival. Chalets, Private Residences & Two bedroom Lodgings: balance due by check or money order one week in advance if rental is for 4 nights or more, 2-3 nights rentals balance due on arrival.
Deposits are refundable minus a 10% service charge if cancellation is received in writing 30 days ahead. One-night stays require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Twenty-nine days prior, your deposit (minus the service charge) will be refunded if the accommodation is rented in your place, or it can be fully applied towards a future stay, with restrictions (to receive full credit a re-book must be comparable lodging and length of stay during non-holiday or "high-season").
A 100% non-refundable deposit may be required for minimum stays, holidays or special events.
