All Resort Rates Include a Breakfast as Indicated (available daily), Boat, Bike & Snowshoe Rentals**, 2 Acre Sunset Lakeview Beach with 175 ft of frontage on secluded Lake Clear, 40x40 Tent***, Outdoor Fireplace**** and use of the Eagles' Nest: a Lakeview Screened-In Second Story Porch which can be used as an adult retreat room (destined to have a 4 person Jacuzzi tub spring 2003), or a small, private, lakeview conference/reception room.

Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8AM on all parts of the Property please.

* Boat Rentals - We currently have canoes, single and double kayaks, a row boat and a 4 person paddlewheel boat. Boats are to be used from our beach only. Approx. 2 hour excursions are appreciated. Please sign in and out at the beach barn. Spring weather dependent.

** Bike Rentals - Currently we offer 4 new adult bikes, and an assortment of toddler toys and trikes. Available for use a couple hours at a time please. For additional bikes or "day long" treks contact Barkeater Bicycles at (518) 891- 5207 cost approx $10/day. Spring weather dependent. Snowshoes are available till the last snow.

*** The Lodge's new 40x40 tent which is usually ( but not always) down by, but not on the beach front. You may rent it / reserve it for your own private party. Spring weather dependent.

**** We have a fireplace down near the beach and by the woodland chalets for a "natural" outdoor evening experience. Spring weather dependent.

Children's Offerings see Lodge Kids and Lodge Kid Kit. Babysitting available by prior request. Ask about other programs during this time period and holidays.
