Our original Adirondack Alps culinary experience has been specially crafted by 4 generations to create a unique fusion cuisine. It is based on Proprietor Ernest Hohmeyer's Old World family who revived the Lodge 40 years ago and Cathy Fisher Hohmeyer's Adirondack pioneering roots whose family built the Lodge in 1886. These traditions with ingredients of family, fate and 21st century natural essences are now on display in the essence of the Adirondack Alps experience: an outdoor Adirondack garden with Old World Bier & Wine Garden charm.

Dependent on Chef Cathy's Appetizer sampler taste original German smoked biers, Czech Republic pilsners, Belgium Fruit Biers or English Barley wines casqued in Languivillin Scotch. Or sample boutique wines from German Rieslings to South African Goats-do-Roam Shirazes.
Immerse yourself in our classics - small bite style: Chicken Schnitzel Fingers, Salmon & Garden Strudels, All Natural Adirondack Beef Sauerbraten Hoagies - each night it seems we concoct a new twist!
The Best-of-the Wursts. Last time we were in the Old World we discovered over 800 sausages in the bratwurst family ranging from knackwursts, weisswursts, bratwursts and bockwursts. Needless to say we have all kinds of fun creating our Adirondack Alps version sampler style fueled by everything from marinated in Bavarian Smoked Bier and then grilled to a Wursts Chile you have ever eaten!
Our Lodge famous stews; soups and decadent desserts are available ala Carte and can be packaged with a flight of bier and/or wine.
