In our Winterfest culinary experience, your table is our 25 acres. If you wish, before dinner enjoy an x-ctry ski or snowshoe on our new 2km of trails or ski on Lake Clear itself - NYS 28th largest lake in the window of the St. Regis Wilderness Region. In a kitchen that is an anachronism where fresh stocks and hand-cut meats simmer with the spices of old world flavors amidst family heirlooms, and where your table is yours for the evening. Meander to the fireplace Rathskeller for Winterfest appetizers and explore the Adirondack's only handcrafted Wine & Bier Keller with over 150 hard-to-find specialty biers and over 300 boutique wines. Retreat to the 1886 hand-hued dining room for a choice of 8-12 nightly specials where each evening's menu is personally explained to you. Finish off the evening either at your table or in the Fireplace Rathskeller with unique Adirondack Alps desserts.
