The Fishing Classic package begins by offering the same opportunity as the Rustic Simplicity package. It ends with a unique opportunity to immerse you in a wider range of Adirondack Alps diverse fishing experiences. These include:

Adirondack Alps Fishing Culinary Immersion
An opportunity to dine with the fish and eat fish! Begin by sharing unique Adirondack Alps appetizers such as smoked trout or salmon on our Lodge smoker in the Fireplace Rathskeller or the outdoor Wine & Bier Garden. Enjoy this with a nice glass of wine or choose from over 125 hard-to-find Old World Biers from the Adirondacks only handcrafted Wine & Bier Keller. Then meander to the 1886 hand-hued dining room for a 3-course culinary delight with original fish oriented delights such as a trout rosti. Finish off the evening with savory fresh and Adirondack Alps desserts such as a fishing chocolate canoe in the 1886 hand-hued dining room, Fireplace Rathskeller or Out-door Wine & Bier Garden.
